Cambridge Innovation Park and Incubyte open their doors to start-ups

Paragon Land & Estates Ltd, owners of the Cambridge Innovation Park, are proud to announce the launch of a joint venture partnership with Incubtye Limited.

The launch of the Incubyte business incubator and accelerator coincides with a period of massive expansion at the Cambridge Innovation Park.  Previously known as Stirling House Business Centre, the imminent completion of a new office building (Blenheim House) on the site will double the amount of office space available to businesses who want a presence in this high-tech development.

Managing Director of Paragon, Rick Parisi sees it this way; “The introduction of Incubyte onto the Cambridge Innovation Park further develops our business and technical eco-system.  Their co-working environment will naturally lead to businesses that may need help with inward investment and building their capacity to expand.  As well as helping these start-ups to get established, we can also provide them with valuable connections with our existing tenants, many of whom are already in the high-tech sector.

And of course, if and when they need dedicated office accommodation, we can help with that too.  The opening of Blenheim House in the Autumn will give them huge possibilities for expansion.”

Paragon Land are also soon to announce collaboration with several businesses who will be operating the onsite gym, café and creche facilities, all of which have allocated space in the new building.

The recent announcement of plans to develop the adjoining Waterbeach Barracks site with a further 6,500 homes and four new schools will further accelerate the expansion of the area, just a few minutes north of the A14, and only a hundred yards off the A10.
